Moumita is a Learning Experience designer, UX Researcher, and Instructional designer with expertise in instructional design, behavior design, stakeholder analysis, organizational development, leadership development, and UX research.

Throughout her career, she has designed immersive learning experiences that are engaging, effective, and accessible, drawing from adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.

Moumita is dedicated to creating inclusive and accessible learning solutions, particularly for persons with disabilities (PwD), ensuring a positive and productive user experience.

Currently, her focus is on research planning and execution, particularly evaluating the quality of OpenAI's language models used by Microsoft Copilot, Chatgpt, and Bing compared to key competitors and tracking their evolution over time.

Also, as a Neurodiverse CAREER CONSULTANT, Moumita is working and involved in the research related to Autism, Employment, and Artificial Intelligence(AI) and developing workforce.

• She is also a SPECIAL ED ADVOCATE, EDUCATIONAL THERAPIST.
• She has a Master’s degree(M.A) in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies(OLIT) from University of New Mexico, NM.
• Moumita is experienced in the Design Thinking Strategies and as an E-Learning Developer also is a creative content creator for online K-12 schools.
• Moumita has a Masters degree(M.A) in Special Education with an emphasis in teaching severe disabilities (autism, mental retardation, Down’s syndrome, ADHD, CAPD/ APD and learning disabilities) from the University of New Mexico, NM.
• She has extensive experience writing, conducting SMART Individualized Education Plans(IEP) including Behavior Plans(BIP), assessments, data collection, data analysis and regulating different services required to meet the unique special needs of all the students with severe neuropsychological disorders.
• She has a successive fifteen years of teaching experience as an Educational Therapist( CA), co-headteacher(public schools district-NM, USA), classroom special education teacher(public schools district-NM, USA), Inclusion Advocate(public schools district-NM, USA), instructor (in a residential setting-NM, USA), lecturer (in India) and tutor.
• She specializes in Elementary grades, taught (K-12) and Undergraduate level and is highly qualified (NCLB) for the elementary level.
• Moumita provides individualized, differentiated and multisensory instruction based on the Orton-Gillingham approach using programs. She also specializes in the following interventions for children with autism: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior Therapy (VB), Visual Schedule, and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS).
• Her teaching methods include evidence-based interventions, and she also conducts Career Assessments/Evaluation, Psychoeducational and Standardized assessments/Testing; Curriculum based Assessments.
• Moumita has been working with students having Learning Disabilities, diverse severe special needs (autism, mental retardation, Downs Syndrome and ADHD) and Twice Exceptional(2e- GIFTED and LEARNING DISABILITY), taught academic, behavioral and social skills to students using Applied Behavior Analysis interventions (ABA). She has used several assistive technologies, Augmentative Alternative Communication in her classroom and also used other technologies in a modified way to meet the unique academic needs of each student.

  Moumita is knowledgeable and has experience in behavior management and parent consultation.
• She also has a Master’s degree(M.A) in General Education from India that is equivalent to an M.A. in General Education in the USA.
